Downed Revival System Animations

Due to not being able to import single frame animations in Unreal, you will have to make some modifications yourself. Duplicate the "Crawling" animation, and delete all but one frame. You now have your "Downed Idle" animation. Open up the "Reviving" animation, and again delete all but one frame.
